20% of gross revenue per vehicle, per month, deducted before remittance.

What it covers
Dispatch and platform operations, cleaning and charging logistics, scheduled maintenance coordination, compliance filings and monthly statements.

Owner expenses
Insurance, energy, tolls, repairs and depreciation remain the owner's cost and are itemised on each monthly statement.

Capital participation minimum
$25,000 per participant, with monthly distributions approved before release.
